Limited Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) at help@darwin-farms.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of reciept of goods.

Limited Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days from receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. Only clothing items are eligible for exchange for the same item in a different size while supplies last. To be eligible for an exchange of clothing items, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) at help@darwin-farms.com to confirm availability of requested exchange size. Upon receipt of the original item the replacement will be shipped. Return shipping and replacement shipping charges are the customers responsibility.

Clothing items are eligible for exchange however only while supplies last. Items in unopened condition, with packaging and tags attached and no damages, can be exchanged for the exact item in a different size. Only applies based on product availability. Exchanges are valid only while supplies last. (Note: All headwear items are one sizes fits all except certain bucket hats)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival for items other than apparel. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@darwin-farms.com.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, candies, art and printed materials cannot be returned
